 For an interim time, billionaires will be limited to $1 to $5 billion in assets (based on national vote). Corporate profits will be taxed based on the percentage paid out as employee wages; for example 90% wage payout results in 0% taxes, with a % tax increase for every % less paid in wages. Additionally, executive salaries will be tied to the lowest paid employees (including contractors).  This will support small businesses and create jobs.

 All government contracts for essential infrastructure, nuclear facilities, and housing projects will have their profits (net) strictly capped .   This measure is designed to ensure taxpayer money is spent efficiently on public goods rather than generating excessive private profit, aligning the public's investment directly with the public's benefit.

There are 50 years of fossil fuels remaining at current usage.  Over a 20 year span construct 600 Fast Water and Breeder Nuclear Reactors around the country.  These reactor types allow us approximately 500 years to find and harness new energy sources while meeting increases in demand.

A new branch of non-combat service, National Service will be initiated and the first five years of the service will be open to all US citizens. National Service will pay $20/hr, with $100k granted tax free at completion for use as wanted.  After 5 year pilot program, National Service becomes mandatory for those between the ages of 18 and 25.  National Service will combine learning and education with 6 month internship rotations in needed fields.  $20/hr puts upward pressure on all wages.

 The government will make substantial public investments in artificial intelligence research. All discoveries and research will be publicly owned and accessible, focusing on eradicating diseases, correcting the climate to a stable environment, and ultimately enhancing overall human happiness. Companies removing workers for AI automation will be required to pay 10 years of severance at 100% pay, and $25k fine paid per employee to the Federal Government.

 Comprehensive healthcare will be 100% covered for all US citizens, excluding non-essential procedures.  As demand will rapidly grow for health care, funds will be invested in training the next generation of medical care-givers.  

 Ten new border entry towns will be constructed to manage immigration. New immigrants will reside in these towns while learning and working to integrate into US society.   Testing requirements for citizenship will be language and process base. Upon successful completion, they will receive full citizenship and the freedom to live anywhere in the US. These towns will initially be built and staffed by the National Service and educators.

Resources will be invested in farming and agricultural infrastructure, with a primary focus on transitioning large, industrial corporate farms with poor ecological outcomes towards more sustainable practices.  This transition will coincide with health standards and regulations that favor smaller, more flexible family farmers allowing them to thrive and grow while corporate food production catches up to stated criteria.  Tax policies will also favor family farmers.

The top six industrial polluters (Fuel & Energy, Ag & Food, Fashion, Food Retail, Transport, Construction) will receive grants and support from the National Service to achieve as close to zero pollution as is possible within ten years.  This effort will coincide with the use of new technologies and the National Service to clean up the areas where we all live and play.

 Fully fund pre-school childcare and K-12 education, including breakfast and lunches.  Additionally State Colleges and Universities will be required to cap in-state tuition and housing costs at a maximum of $60k so that the National Service $100k payout fully covers an education if the individual chooses.
